RAMPAGE
gay verb: strutting with attitude on clothes and accessories by sponsors on a catwalk, which is a narrow, usually elevated walkway used for walking. These catwalks are popular in use by models who may demonstrate clothing for observers.
. . . . .
Inasmuch as I want to keep things low-key for some reasons that people may misinterpret my gratefulness for what has just happened, I still can't help but to express how ecstatic I still am for this yet another wonderful episode that has just taken place.
I woke up at around 10 in the morning realizing how many gaziliion people have been sending me messages and calling me in both my sun and globe digits. I thought for a second that hell, I'm late - and it's never funny coming late. So I rushed and did everything in twenty minutes - no hair done, no make-up on. Just me and the smell of soap and deodorant. To my surprise, I came in eraly. Really early enough to do stuffs for my org, chit-chat with friends, and turn to my excuse-letters for my professors (I have excused my classes from 12-3pm) which, when Ithen accomplished signalled that I should be going to the place and be preparing my stuff.
I was with my commerce representatives Ces and James who modelled for Tomato and No Curfew watches respectively. We had a late lunch at Yellow Cab feasting on Manhattan Meatlovers and Soda's until my Friendship Kate, the host came to finish the whole. ;) After lunch, james had to go back home and Kate said seh has to get her hair done at Bench Fix which is only a coplue of steps away from where we were. So Ces and I decided to walk around and check on things. The next thing I know was that we were already paying the stuffs we got from the Body Shop (50% off on selceted items, believe!) I got a fresh new tube of concealer and Ces got her share of concealer and a good peppermint foot spray! After doing other things, Ces was asked to drop by the No Curfew Store to pick up her watch which, apparently she will be modelling too.
So I had Grace (my modelling partner "naima") with me. I had no accesories at hand so with my impulsive soul behind, I bought things I used for the entire show. Don't ask where. All moolah's gone because of impulsive buying. Afterwhich, we came back to th dressing room, minutes after we were already starting do do our DIY make-up! Which was fun and was still, done like a pro! ;)
Later, Marti, Ces and Grace were with me backstage, talking about things like how bitchy one of the make-up artist was and how uber-bitchier femme model was. I met some new people and shared the same comments on the model, and made kulitans and did requests like Myrrh, ikaw naman mag-ayos ng buhok ko, yung bading na makeup artist hindi naman ginawa! hahaha. I was eternally saying "Naku! pwede na kong mag-business ni'to! eh kung singilin ko lahat kayo?!" Everyone was laughing.
After doing our own hair and make-up, the clothes finally arrived. I will be wearing Freego. Yeah, yeah, Freego. Before we went for the go-see's we were like "Freego? ano yun? super jologs naman ng sponsor! akala ko'ba ..." then after fitting on jeans, shirts, jackets and stuffs, we realized that the brand isn't bad after all. They have cool and not so cool stuffs, and it's up to you if you go feed yourself to the latter, I know I've made mine the former! ;) That's why, I want to thank thee, Friggin' Freego jeans. ;)
I had to check on things so I left the dressing room and see if my friendships were there, yep, they were! but to my surprise, Mommy Zico, Eman, jeck and Mel were already approaching me! I was really surprised, and moreso, touched. Lovesyou bagets! ;)
Just then. . .
Jamie (the stage supervisor) yelled out "I want all the models with me in twenty-five minutes" then there goes the power of adrenaline rush. We made it in twenty-five minutes. No sweat! ;p
So when the track played, everyone was already on queue backstage. I and Grace were pair number 9, so it took us about how many minutes before strutting our stuff.I knew we had mistakes, but we didi it smoothly, according to the audience. Grace was like "Sorry, Myrrh, Sorry talaga! Hindi ko alam" I was like "Bakla! ano kaba! kasalanan koyun hindi ko tinitignan dinadaanan ko! Okay lang yun!" until it was like the time before going to sleep, gano'n parin tinext niya at gano'n parin reply ko! hehehe.. Lovesyou partner! ;)
Then the modelling and strutting and attitude-ing and everything was on...
Ahhh... Pure Pleasure...
It was like one of my biggest dream ever! To do the catwalk and see cameras flash, hear yelling friends (and fans! lol) and being burned to death by the lights! Ahhhh... Sarap!
Just then everything was concluded. We were all called to wear watches from no Curfew, I had Tommy Hilfiger on me. Yey!
. . . . .
And there you go. . .
That's my first-ever test on modelling. . .
It felt like the final runway showdown of America's Next Top Model, and I felt like Danielle of Cycle 6. ;)

COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS LIKE ME...
FIVE MYRRHIFIC THINGS THAT HAVE HAPPENED / ARE HAPPENING / WILL HAPPEN...
I hope God continues to bless me with blessings. . .
I hope God continues to bless me with blessings. . .
- I'm meeting new people for the small-scale org-project fashion show that would take place on Friday. Boy am I loving it. It's raining beautiful people, and I can't wait to explore each of them.. :)
- I had a fair prelim grade in Finance. I thought I'd fail, but Professor Blanco really has the softest of all the marshmallowy heart I've ever seen. lol
- I'm meeting new guys and getting to know some of them really better. Communicating with other guys I haven't met but really do have the personality I enjoy.
- I've bought a new pair of jeans and a new top... Wala lang, masaya! I love jeans and the thought of just shopping! hehehe
- Over ten people inside my school (friends, acquaintances and just passrs-by) have been frequently saying that I look thinner than ever. To the extent that they're starting to worry whether I'm anorexic or something "Myrrh, kumain ka nga!" FYI, I still eat big time! (think Wendy's Honey BBQ BIGGIE and Mc Shaker Fries with Coke Float and Nuggets!) and gawsh I can't believe I look thinner than ever! ;)
- I'm saving up for something new. I guess you know what's it. I'm really drooling on the Havaianas Gold Dragon and I want it pronto! Hopefully I could get the pair next week. ;p
- My L'oreal beauty regimen is starting to work. Dark spots are beginning to disappear, and I love love it! I would like to thank my sponsor, L'oreal Philippines for the wonderful pure zone package... nyahaha ;)
- Only two fiery months left and I'm off to my province for the sem break! I miss my family! Everyone knows I super love them! ;)
- Seven days from now, we'd be staging our Commerce G.A. for Scarlet, I was assigned to put up a sassy stage plus the AVP's, so myrrh's creativity + efficiency + managerial ability shall be tested again! ;)
- I'm liking this guy and I think he's feeling the same way. So let's all cross our fingers, close our eyes and pray to God that everything would turn out fine. I'm not rushing things nor do I want to keep the slowest motion, basta, Myrrh's taking one step at a time. . .

PRELIMINARY EXAMS, DOLCE & GABBANA, ANOTHER EXCITING PATH, FRIENDSHIPS AND MISSING MOI FAMILIA
So the week that has wooshed my sorry ass (literally and figuratively, FIND OUT!) has just gone by. Prliminary Exams was not an easy one. I did review and re-study and knocked my brain on to absorbing everything we tackled in class but my
I
I have some news. next week saturday, I'll be doing a fashion show at the nearest mall in school. I'll be in department store clothes and a no curfew watch (I know I sound desperate in pursuing my very surreal ambition) and I don't care how would people react. I'm just happy I'll be doing this. ;p go-see with ashti april tomorrow, go-see at no-curfew on friday. I'm happy I'll be doing this.
Yesterday, I was with my friendships. We raided Kate's condo near San Beda (where hot guys live - straight ang not so straight's) and I really had a great time. But this morning made my gang's day. I was with my friendships and we all raised in our beautiful magic wands as friendship jeanesse won best muse at the sports fiesta opening. I admit, I didn't make it really early to help jez prepare, but as soon as I got there my and my friendships' support were all out. Well, I guess being pretty, sexy and having substance in speaking really runs in the blood of every friendship! diba? ;p

Beyond everything that has happened - the happy and not so relieving ones, I'm dreaming of being with the most special people in my life again. I miss my family ultra. I love you guys, and I'm looking forward to coming home again!

STRATEGIC MARKETING , TOP SUZARA AND MY FAUX LV
I woke up pertty late for my first-ever Strat-Mark seminar in my entire life. It was held at the Araneta Coliseum, so you could just imagine how many people would fly their arses just to geth there and sit on wonderfully-comfy seats provided they reach the stadium the earliest.I opened my eyes 8AM. The details on ticket said that the gates will open 8AM.
Picture
I didn't know what to wear - I had ideas but those weren't applied. An hour or so, I already found myself with friends outside the coliseum sipping my caramel java chip at Starbucks.
We were waiting for Kat and Marti, but they came pretty late so we decided on dragging our drumsticks off to the venue.
To make the long story short, we had cold breaded chicken for lunch, Rush (that's like bay fresh dipped in water) C2 lite (all drinks were free, btw) and this energy drink that tastes like Tempra - all sitting on the Upper Box A - where the seemingly unfortunate children in the seminar stayed, most if not all, came in really late.
The speakers had a hard time catching our attention. Some of the bands had no idea too! But the moment Top Suzara, the person everyone's claiming to be my twin brother, did his thing on stage, I immediately felt revived. Shouting, cheering, laughing and all.
But of course, I did listen to some of the resource speakers. My favorite was Mr. Jos Ortega, who tackled the 100 Best Ads. He was armed with super AVP's that made the audience crave for more. He gave helpful tips on how to make effective and successful ads - with humor, wit and sense. He was the best.
At the end of the event, when UST didn't win the StratMark Competetion - the moment UP Diliman nailed it again and the moment Orange and Lemons already started strumming their oh-so-cool guitars and singing their hearts out, I and the company left the venue. Just so when we reached Rustan's supermarket, I got effing pale just realizing that my wallet - which connotes all the things I need to survive, is gone. So in a span of a minute, I threw myself back to the seats we've taken. People swarming outside the gates, the pesky guard who wouldn't let me in, No more orange and lemons, just dirt and... my wallet! lying on the floor. The only thing I said was "Thank God! I love you!."
I've been with new friends. I had fun with them. I survived this day.
Makes me feel I need what I love...
I miss home. I miss my family. I miss being happy with them. I love you!

porkchop...
It’s amazing how we always click together. We’re mean, pretty, vain and gorgeous. Other than that we’re both bingers, Havaianas (we have 2 identical pairs, di’ba?) fanatics and hopeless romantics. These connections mean only one thing – that we’re of the same flamboyant feathers! That’s why I thank God for giving me one friendship like you – always there, walang kupas! :p Now that you’re nineteen, I expect you to still be the porkchop I know but more wise (not intelligent, kasi matalino ka!) and more careful (para hindi kana nadadapa kung saan saan)… Sana matupad yung Starbucks-TopShop dream natin! Happy Birthday! lovesyou, friendship!
