THE ROCKSTAR WANNABE

Is tying the knot.

I don't know HER personally, but I witnessed how marvelously into everything this gurl is. I remember my first time when I saw her blog. She's responsible for the layout and the content. She gave me the inspiration to write about my stuff notwithstanding the strangers that might pass by this side of the web.

lifted from her blog: she's a carefree rockstar-wannabe waiting for her own 'happily ever after'. but for now, she's contented being psychosomatic addict insane. she prefers horror over romantic movies, sneakers over sandals, getting wet in the rain than using an umbrella. loves the beach but hates the sun. never refuses chocolate cake even if it ruins her neverending diet. drives like a maniac but parks like a sissy. had a smelly dog named tamagotchi who thinks he's a kangaroo. a geek. loves taking videos while backriding on the dragster. her most dangerous stunt is wearing high heels and a skirt. always believed that she needs to get her head checked. has a dark side she calls 'my evul tin'. just when she's into her boxing lessons, her gym closes down... without warning. only two things make her cry: when daddy makes her eat avocado and when she doesn't get her way on her birthday. she believes she's one of the endless ~ death ~ hence an ankh around her neck. she had a heart made of ice but a prince replaced it with a crystal heart. she is tin and this is her life story...

The TIN GURL is now tying the knot. I thought for a second that this is next to impossible, but like the one-second shot of the Ateneo Blue Eagles against the UST Growling Tigers, The great next to impossible things really happen. This boyish charm will be getting married.

Congrats, TIN! Best Wishes to you and Mac! ;)

THE WORST FEELING

you could ever feel when you watch a championship match, is when you've yelled your heart out on an overrated cheer while concluding that victory has just been attained by your team, seconds later reality slaps you on the face and kicks your ass off and says "excuse me lady, you just didn't."

I'll eternally cheer GO USTe even if it sends me the urge to use salon pas and alaxan gel on my shoulders and lower back.

Let's pray for the UST Tigers. Viva Santo Tomas.

The Growling Tigers would be this year's Champion, I'm claiming it.

FRUITS IN A BASKET-BALL. . .

While singing the University Hymn during my team's victory, I said, I have to blog about this.

It was my first time to see a fight between UST and some other university. First time, and helly yeah, they won! One point lead - they did.

Yes, I have to write all the details on how I dragged my overweight arse in araneta on a school day. Well, professors weren't around (actually, professors were asked to stay away from our block so we could watch UE vs UST make or break to the championship game! ;p) and how I did the overrated but still empowering cheers (oh gawd! I love screaming! It's my favorite pastime) with my reliable class chums Angelo, Anne and Jo (too bad Belly was with his friends and Jen had to attend her Accounting class) plus my Bagets Shoti Miggi.

I took pictures. But since my bluetooth device's fucked up, I can't post them now.

I love how I screamed my testicles lungs out on GO USTE! I super had fun. I was glad Angelo stayed besdie me, because once in a while, I would really need to ask "Oi, Bakla, ano'ng cheer na yan?" then he would either answer me with any of the following:

"Animo cheers"
"Power"

I even learned some yells like "One for UST!" and "Go Defensa!"

Angelo, the yell instructor had me informed with

"Rah Rah Rah"

and

"Ayan Naaaaaaah!!!"

The last one was my favorite, when all of the Thomasian people (them straight ones, the funky bulldykes, the gorgeous gays, the stunning stunner professors who really had the knack of doing 'gimmicks' on such event) would scream GO USTE! I swear, I could do that during my forgotten workout sessions.

I enjoyed, really. Never have I imagined myself enjoying basketball, even as an audience. I saw James Yap supporting his Alma Mater, he was gorgeous! but fuck the red elmo! I'm a Tiger Tigress. . . ;)

And now, after a long time, they've we've managed to climb with our bling-polished claws up the championship.

Talk about memorable experiences!

Gawsh, I miss my family really. . . I love you guys! ;)

I saw UE's coach too! He's quite familiar! I remember when I was a child, they'd say I look like him, Dindo Pumaren, I'd always show them my disapproval and say I look like Allan Caidic. . . *Eeeeek*

PS
I'm on the 20th episode of Queer as Folk. Hooked on it, I am.

A QUICK QUEER FIX. . .

Amidst the seemingly boring life I'm living right now - without the presence of anything worth looking forward to but the sem break, I found my eternal bliss on nothing but a genuinely uplifting dvd. I'm now currently hooked on Season 1.

Special thanks to Mommy Zico for letting me borrow it. My Bagets family once said that in real life, I may have been portraying Emmet Honeycutt, the male apparel fashionista-slash-the tallest in the group next to Brian, but I believe that I'd most probably be Michael Novotny - someone who would do the sacrifice instead of biting on meat without sensitivity.

Beginning now, I'm a QAF addict. The same feeling I had on SATC, but this is quite more insane. :)

OVERPASS

Why is it possible for something nearly forgotten to haunt you back when after all the things you've done to forget an experience, it just hits your heart again?

On my way home, I saw my friendship's ex with his bandmate.

For a second, I've seen a man who looks familiar, but when he called my name out, ah, kilala ko pala 'to and all I could ever say was "sabi kona nga ba, kilala kita!", "kamusta na?", "naku hindi kona kayo ma-reach" and "san kayo? sige ingat! bye" in my most infamous and barok way of conversing.

Moments of immaturity and fickle-mindedness are again beginning attacking my mind.

All I could do now is to think of what had taken place on those depressing days.

Reminding me that what just can't be, wouldn't ever be.

I need a bag of soft batch cookies, 1.5 diet coke, mango crepe from wok, fishballs and chicken skin from asturias, bacon mushroom burger biggie from wendy's, siomai (extra hot), oreo cheesecake and someone I could spill all these things out.

KEY IN KEYS FOR ME

I'm such a lazy ass... I want to write, but I'm too lazy to even think of words...

So taglish-slash-gay lingo tayo...

pupunta ako sa Laguna... sa pansol [keber sa spelling... hindi ko alam kung tama] with some of my friends.

Last Thursday mega sugod kami sa bed dahil may school house of rock. Naka cammou top ako with matching dog tag... Wala lang...

Na-confine si Friendship Jello ngayon because of Dengue. Sana gumaling na siya.

Kanina, kinalikot ni Jonet yung phone ko. Na-ignorante ako dahil pwede palang maging tv ang phone ko. Pwedeng manood ng ABS-CBN, GMA or CNN real time. Saya! ;)

Loves and Misses kona ang aking Family!

Sana pala pasado ako sa lahat ng subjects ko. Kinakabahan ako sa Eco at PBE, confident naman ako sa Marketing Research...

Haaaay, Buhay. . .

Cheers for Happy Thoughts!

Post nalang ako ng pictures. . .

clockwise from left. Thin sa pics before the bed event and the government party respectively.
Myrrh and Kate at the Hong han Pai Fashio Show. Bagets sa BED last thursday (visit www.bed.com.ph dun ko nakuha yung pic).

SHOBE

She's my favorite little sister. No, not because I have no choice, but because she really is. She's my favorite little sister to be the only person I shopped for from head to toe. (bolero jacket, top, accessories and golden wedges from People are People - I did last July)

She's my favorite little sister and she's turned seventeen today!
She's my favorite little sister, thus whoever harms her should be killed by me. ;)

I wish you good health, longer life, the best career in school and the greatest success in your chosen field. No boys to turn to, think about shopping and getting your hair and nails done, 'wag na ang mga lalaki!!! ;p

Happy Birthday, Shobita! Alabshoo Sissie! ;) Mwah Mwah Mwah!

coincidentally, a lot of the people I know are also having reasons to celebrate this day. Let me greet them:
Doreebeth's 19th!
Karel and Leonard's 4th Anniversary!
My cousin Olive's Day!
Jannah's Dad's Day!
Kuya Mel's Dad's Day!

HOT and THINNER

I've lost eleven pounds in three months. . .
People say I look anorexically thinner than ever. . .

Sure, we get the flu at an average of four times a year.
Sure, I chose to live far from my family who I miss the most.

I have the colds, the cough, the headache.
Slowly, it's draining me out.

Keeping in mind that everything would be okay.
Everything would be fine, yes, everything would.

It's just gonna take me rest, medicines and happiness.

ps:
Let me be the first person to greet you, MERRY CHRISTMAS!
